About the files !
In-one rotary files provide clinicians with the safety features and an extraordinary new level of flexibility and resistance to cyclic fatigue provided by our improved heat treatment technology. The In-one files is ultimate in safety, flexibility and control.
Features and Benefits
Triangular Cross section – Reduces the contact area between the blade of the file and dentin, and serves to enhance the cutting action and improve safety by decreasing the torsional load.
CM wires – These files are 300% more resistance to separation as they are manufactured using a unique process. This makes the file extremely flexible while controlling the material’s memory. These endo rotary files have the ability to follow the canal anatomy closely and reduce the chances of ledge formation, transportation or perforation. The shape and strength of the file can be restored by the simple process of autoclaving. Once auto claved, the files return to their straightened spirals. The files that do not return to the original shape after auto claving should be discarded.
The manufacturing process of the files is aimed at reducing cyclic fatigue
Non Cutting safety tip to minimize apical transportation
In-one files are highly flexible . Hence, preserve the original anatomy of curved canals and reduce procedural errors
Gold Heat treated for more flexibility and durability
Works on Progressively tapered system but offer great flexibility . Specially important in finishing files when navigating challenging curves in the apical region.
The same instrument Progressive tapered design, but a new metallurgy giving Martensitic properties to the file. This technology greatly increases the resistance to cyclic fatigue, the malleability of the file makes it easy to fit into areas of limited access and allows it to glide around severe canal curvatures
Ultimate goal is to be able to confidently offer patient a root canal procedure, which will hold up long term and be of equal or greater longevity than that of an implant
